This guest lecture is presented in tandem with the Department of Sociology.

Kelly L. Markowski, Ph.D. in sociology from Kent State University, is a sociological social psychologist by training with strong interests in social networks and mental health. She will present her examination of the moderating effects of multiplexity and density in the relationship between identity processes and outcomes like distress and wellbeing. She also has emerging interests in other outcomes, like drug use and physical health.
