 Sales and Marketing Leadership Development Program to provide entry-level 
 employees professional development opportunities while being exposed to va
 rious career paths. This program allows our employees to enhance their sel
 ling\, account management\, marketing\, operations\, and communication ski
 lls while launching their career in a fast-paced and extremely rewarding c
 ompany. We need smart\, determined leaders with the right aptitude to lear
 n quickly and apply what they have learned to their next promotion.\n\nTTI
  identified they are interested in the following majors\: Agribusiness\, B
 usiness Administration\, Finance\, International Business\, Management\, M
 arketing\n\nThe Employer in Residence program enables business students to
  have career conversations with employers. Students can learn about indust
 ries\, internships\, and full-time positions. A different employer is feat
 ured each day throughout the academic year.
