The School of Natural Resources is hosting a brown bag lunch with Dr. Cecil Lewis, microbiome researcher with the University of Oklahoma.

Lewis is a preeminent scholar in the fields of ancient DNA, population genetics, and health disparities and co-director of the laboratories of molecular anthropology and microbiome research. He is the presidential research associate professor of anthropology at Oklahoma.

The talk is free and open to students, faculty and staff.

Lewis also will speak on Tuesday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Unity Room 212, Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center, as part of the Department of Anthropology Fall 2017 Semester Colloquium Series. Learn more about that talk here: https://events.unl.edu/2017/09/19/122851/.
