Recipients of the CRC award have completed an intensive 10-week career preparation program hosted by the Business Career Center. This program is designed to assist international sophomore and junior business students in finding internships or full-time employment in the United States as well as connect students to applicable campus and community resources.

Each CRC student made these campus and community connections with the help of an American conversation partner, who is a fellow business student.
