This two-day program offers an immersive and hands-on approach to innovation and problem-solving, using Design Thinking and the Business Model Canvas. Design Thinking is fast becoming the go-to methodology for companies like Proctor & Gamble, IBM, Intuit and Airbnb, who understand that innovation is central to their strategy and marketing. Similarly, the Business Model Canvas is a widely-used tool for visualizing and testing new business innovations and models. You’ll apply proven, systematic and solution-based approaches to problems you currently face, using observation, empathy, brainstorming, visualization, prototyping and experimentation to generate and test ideas.

Anyone interested in how to be more inventive and creative in the way they problem-solve, market and generally run their business, should attend this program. You’ll gain the tools necessary to help take a more methodical approach to your decision making and help you better decide which ideas are best for you and your business.
