We offer a sales & leadership program that gives university students a way to afford their degrees, gain entrepreneurial skills, and experience personal growth. Each summer, a sales force of over 1,500 independent student reps market educational resources to families across the US & Canada.

Southwestern Advantage identified they are interested in the following majors: Accounting/Master of Professional Accountancy, Actuarial Science, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Economics, Finance/Master in Finance, International Business, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management and Minor in Law and Business.

The Employer in Residence program enables business students to have career conversations with employers. Students can learn about industries, internships, and full-time positions. A different employer is featured each day throughout the academic year.
