Noted Kansas City chocolatier and Nutrition & Health Sciences graduate Christopher Elbow will be at Greta’s Gourmet (owner is Kevin Mandigo, also a NHS graduate) on Saturday, March 12; from 12:00 - 3:00pm. Christopher will be giving out samples of his chocolates and answering questions about chocolate. Greta’s Gourmet is located at 5560 S. 48th St in Lincoln.
