5:30-7:30 p.m. – Pre-show Event
7:30 p.m. – General Admission
8:00 p.m. – Runway Show
PREMIUM TICKETS: $75 each or $600 sponsored table (8 seats)
NEW this year! Limited premium runway-side sponsor tickets include a pre-runway show cocktail reception and dinner hosted by:
CEHS alumnus “celebrity chef” and chocolatier Christopher Elbow of Kansas City
and “celebrity fashion designer” Laura McGrew of TOMBOY, Inc., Kansas City
5:30 p.m. – Pre-show event will begin in the Regency Suite of Nebraska Union
6:15 p.m. – Dinner will be served in the Centennial Ballroom
Event planning and food and beverage students in the Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management program of the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences will be putting their talents and skills together to make this a memorable event!
GENERAL ADMISSION: $10 General non-reserved seating
Doors to the Centennial Ballroom open at 7:30 p.m.
Runway show begins promptly at 8:00 p.m.
