Dr. Simon Sebag Montefiore will deliver the Dorothy and Myer Kripke Lecture on his bestselling book Jerusalem: The Biography.
Dr. Montefiore is a bestselling, prizewinning historian and novelist. He is the author of the epic history books Jerusalem: The Biography, Catherine the Great and Potemkin, Young Stalin and Stalin: The Court of the Red Tsar. His histories are now published in over forty languages and have been global bestsellers, winning prizes in America and Europe. Simon Sebag Montefiore is also a member of the distinguished Montefiore family, which was deeply engaged in the early history of Israel.
