CICL 202 is designed to help students strengthen their basic Chinese language skills, with a focus on more accurate pronunciation and correct sentences. Students will be able to expand their conversational skills on topics such as making an appointment, talking about their plans and schedules, doing shopping, and expressing their choices and preferences. A short supplementary introduction of Chinese culture will also be included. At the end of the class, the students are expected to learn 150 new characters and be able to take HSK Level 2.
