This course is designed for restaurant owners, managers, food handlers, dietitians, and dietary managers. Those attending will learn to protect customers from food-borne illness, improve food quality, and reduce liability risks.

The course will include food microbiology, sanitary food handling and storage, personal health hygiene and housekeeping, and pest control and safety procedures.

The cost is $140 or $150 per person with a manual mailed to Scottsbluff.
