Join us for a “Sake” lecture with Ikuho Amano at 2 p.m. Nov. 19 in the Kawasaki Reading Room to learn how whiskey transitioned from Sake (rice wine) in Japan. This will be followed by a tasting of Amazake, a sweet, non-alcoholic drink made from fermented rice. The Kawasaki Reading Room is Room 301 of the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center.
