Reverse Pitch

Date:
Time:
5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Zoom
Join us Monday, Sept. 20 at 5:30 p.m. for our annual Reverse Pitch event! Reverse Pitch is an informal career event designed to match hiring tech companies with job-seeking School of Computing students.

Due to university COVID-19 event safety guidelines, this year’s event will be held virtually over Zoom: go.unl.edu/reversepitch.

How does this event work? Participating companies will each have 5 minutes to give a presentation on their organization’s work, culture, perks, and career opportunities. After all the presentations, interested students will have a chance to ask questions and learn more.
This event is a great opportunity for students to get acquainted with several local organizations and find one that fits with their skills, interests, and personal and professional goals. Many students have received job and internship offers after attending this event in the past!

This year’s participating companies include Assurity, Firespring, Sandhills Global, Nelnet, Don’t Panic Labs, Retail Aware, NRC Health, PenLink, Union Pacific, Hudl, Spreetail, and the City of Lincoln!

This event is for University of Nebraska–Lincoln School of Computing and Raikes School students only (or students enrolled in computing courses in related majors such as mechanical engineering). Career opportunities presented at this event will exclusively be for positions in technology and computing.
