Sara Rips, ‘16, will provide participants with an overview of the history of LGBTQ family law in Nebraska, as well as a discussion on current issues facing LGBTQ families. Rips is LGBTQIA+ Legal & Policy Counsel with ACLU of Nebraska and previously litigated housing, domestic abuse, and family law issues at Legal Aid of Nebraska
