This session will cover the management and/or mitigation of significant financial interests that appear to be related to an employee’s UNL responsibilities and/or sponsored research. The primary method for handling such situations is through UNL’s Conflict of Interest in Research Committee, known as CIRC. This informational session will focus on that process, including what constitutes a financial interest.
