In this virtual program, Prof. Brian Lepard, an expert in international human rights law, will discuss International Law on Racial Non-Discrimination: Lessons for Efforts to Address Racial Injustice in America. During his talk, he will have 12 minutes to discuss norms in international law prohibiting racial discrimination and how they can help the U.S. better respond to racial injustice in America, including in the U.S. legal system. After 12 minutes has expired, he will take six minutes for questions.
