Join Big Red Resilience & Well-Being and the University Honor’s Program at Pop-In Peer Listening Sessions.
The goal of these sessions is to provide students with a listening ear, wellness and mindfulness activities, connect with on- and off-campus resources, and facilitate stress relief through destressing activities.
This week, the destressing activity is Zen Garden Making. Feel free to come for 10 minutes or two hours, we can’t wait to see you there!
