The Employment Readiness Certificate (ERC) program is an intensive nine-week career preparation course for international students seeking internship and job opportunities. Discover and develop skills early in your college years to help prepare for your career pathway. Upon completion of this resume enhancing program, students receive an Employment Readiness Certificate from the College of Business Career Center.

Registration for the spring 2023 ERC program opens on your priority registration date. Register for ERC in MyRED by clicking on Business Administration (Subject) and the Catalog Number is 191 Special Topics. Search Results should say BSAD- 191: Special Topics (0-6 hrs). Click on this link to review Section 952 Employment Readiness Certificate which you can then add to your cart. The course is zero-credit. Open to college of business students only. Participants must be registered by February 15, 2023.
