Join the University of Nebraska NAACP College Chapter and Sheldon Museum of Art for an evening of engaging conversation using works of art in the exhibition “Unprecedented: Art in Times of Crisis” as starting points for meaningful dialogue about topics such as anxieties, climate change, violence, displacement, and resilience.
The evening will begin with socializing in Sheldon’s Great Hall, then move into the galleries for facilitated small group conversations. Afterwards, everyone will gather again in the Great Hall to continue conversations over appetizers.
This event is free and open to everyone, but registration is required at https://go.unl.edu/unprecedented.
No art background is needed.
