The 2022 Nitrogen Use Efficiency Workshop to be held Aug. 1–3 at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. This three-day event will take place on Nebraska Innovation Campus and East Campus.

Aug. 1: 5 to 9 p.m., The Mill Coffee & Bistro, Nebraska Innovation Campus
Aug. 2: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Great Plains Room, Nebraska East Union
Aug. 3: 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Great Plains Room, Nebraska East Union

The NUE workshop centers on networking and exchanging innovative ideas around how to move science forward to improve nitrogen use efficiency in agriculture systems. This unique Nebraska event offers the opportunity to highlight the essential role of water management when it comes to N management decisions and is a great opportunity for graduate students and scientists to network with industry representatives and establish collaborations.

During this workshop, graduate students will have the chance to compete in a poster contest with a one-minute pitch, and a data hackathon competition.

This workshop is free, thanks to the generous support of our sponsors. However, space is limited—therefore, we kindly ask that if you register, you commit to attend. We understand that plans can change. If you find that you are no longer able to attend, we ask that you contact Connie Hansen at chansen1@unl.edu, so that we can make your space available to someone else who would like to attend.
