Dr. Wachs hails from a town just outside of Albany, New York. Over the past 15 years she has performed research in tissue engineering, orthopedics, and neural engineering. She has also worked in industry in both biotech and medical device companies. Dr. Wachs’ seminar will discuss her storied history and path to NE, current research areas, and collaboration interests.
