Join us for the third annual Introduce a Girl to Engineering (IGED) day!
With 400 children expected to take part in IGED-NE, both children and adults planning to attend must register in advance at the link below for the 9 a.m.-noon event.
This year’s event will include a brief opening featuring Pam Dingman, Lancaster County engineer, as keynote speaker. There will also be multiple hands-on breakouts, and a STEM playground (community and student organization booths—hands-on fun for all ages, 0-99).
Parents/caregivers will receive information on how to best support their children in the field of engineering. New this year is longer sessions for older girls and an added lunch panel to continue the conversation.
