Open Teaching Apiary times are an informal unstructured gathering of members of the Great Plains Master Beekeeping program. There will be brief demonstrations, questions and answers, and time to get hands on experience with beehives. Open Teaching Apiaries will count as 2 hours of field training towards your progress through the Great Plains Master Beekeeping program.

Mentoring at our hives on the 2nd Thursday of the month! Meet at the home of Joli and Cecil at 5:30 pm We appreciate a phone call, text or email. to know that people are coming. Each Open Teaching Apiary event we will identify queens, eggs, larvae, light and use a smoker, do a powdered sugar mite check and talk about what you should be doing with your bees that month.

**Please bring your beekeeping clothing. We have some extra clothing if you do not have anything.
