What speech or actions are protected and which are not (by first amendment rights, by academic freedom, etc.). What strategies should activist professors use to balance protecting themselves and forwarding their cause?
– 3:00 p.m. A reading of the play Sedition, by Angels Theatre Company

Sedition dramatizes events at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in the early 20th c. in which professors were dismissed for their political views.
