Megan Black received her B.A. in English and Film Studies from UNL in 2009, and is now assistant professor of international history at the London School of Economics. Black will speak about her new book, “The Global Interior: Mineral Frontiers and American Power” (Harvard University Press, 2018), which explores an American project of global extraction spearheaded by the U.S. Department of the Interior in the twentieth century.
