<p>UNL Extension has teamed up with Iowa State Extension to help producers obtain a better understanding of the new farm bill. Producers will learn how the changes and provisions in the bill will impact their operations. </p>
<p>The “Building the Revenue Bridge” – Farm Bill Update program will be presented via an interactive videoconference on March 9 at the UNL’s Agricultural Research and Development Center near Mead. The program runs from 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.<br />

<p>Registration begins at 9:30 at the August. N. Christenson Research & Education Building.</p>
<p>This program is part of the UNL Extension & Farmers & Ranchers College series.</p>
<p>Presenters include Brad Lubben, UNL Public Policy Specialist and Steve Johnson, ISU Farm & Ag Business Management Specialist.</p>
<p>Topics include: crop insurance, marketing, farm bill put into action, ACRE, and SURE. There will also be time for questions during the meeting.</p>
