Experts from around the world will explore the challenge of growing more food for a rapidly increasing population with limited water supplies at the second international Water for Food conference May 2-5, 2010, in Lincoln, Neb. The University of Nebraska and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation are hosting the 2010 conference – Water for Food: Growing More with Less – at Lincoln’s Cornhusker Marriott Hotel.
