Raphael Albrecht, a German agricultural economist who is on the Cash Crop Team for the Agri Benchmark project at the Institute of Farm Economics at Braunschweig, Germany will present. He is in the Panhandle this summer to see how sugar beet production in Nebraska compares to his native land, especially the economics.
