The proof is in the pruning. Join the Kimmel Orchard & Vineyard team as we explore proper pruning techniques for fruit trees, grape vines and blackberry bushes. The day will start off with a bit of the basics in the classroom before heading out to the orchard for in-depth, hands-on pruning.

Apples, peaches, tart cherries, pears, grapes and blackberries will be covered, and everyone will have the chance to prune each variety from the first to the last cut.

Make sure to bring your favorite pair of pruners or loppers with you!

$45/person cost. Lunch, handouts and the occasional break will be included.
