In a recent Nebraska Supreme Court decision, the court ruled that a county zoning permit for three poultry barns was justified in part because neighbors would be free of objectionable odors 94% of the time. This webinar explores this decision and the potential role of the odor footprint tool in future livestock nuisance litigation.
