The Undergraduate Studio Art Competition, a juried exhibition of artwork by current undergraduate students, will be open Feb. 15-24 in Eisentrager•Howard Gallery. A reception will be held on Friday, Feb. 24 from 5-7 p.m. in the gallery, where the awards will be announced at 6 p.m.
A list of student participants include: Derek Benoist, Audrey Berck, Madeline Christensen, Kyle Cippera, Austin Coudriet, Katherine Cramer, Hannah Demma, Allison Diesing, Anna Drehs, Samantha Evans, Sheree Haynie, Katharen Hedges, Haley Heesacker, Mitchell Hilzer, Carlie Jo Jeffrey, Michael Johnson, Catherine Jones, Ian Karss, Yoojeong Lee, Kayla Linden, Madeline Cass, Luis Martinez, Ferris Mohd, Arianna Morfeld, Ly Nguyen, Pha Nguyen, Brooklyn Nordhausen, Victoria Norton, Emily Reece, Megan Rhoades, Conner Rodenbaugh, Megan Rook, Kelsie Rotert, Chelsea Sorensen, Phuc Tran, Carlos Velasco, Danley Walkington, Stephanie Whitsett, Shalbey Workman and Danielle Young.
This year’s juror, Todd Tubutis, is the associate director of the Sheldon Museum of Art at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
