Clark Potter will be performing in Westbrook Recital Hall at 7:30pm. This event is free and open to the public.
To mark the 125th anniversary of the death of Johannes Brahms, Clark Potter and Madeline Rogers will present a recital of four works by Brahms for viola and piano, including the two sonatas of Op. 120. The two will also perform arrangements of the song, Wie melodien zieht es mir, Op. 105, and the Sonatensatz, Op. Posth., originally for violin and piano. Dr. Rogers was recently appointed to the faculty of Berea College in Kentucky after finishing her DMA at Nebraska with Dr. Paul Barnes in 2021. Professor Potter has been on the faculty at the Glenn Korff School since 1996.
