This session explores the history, holistic health, and well-being benefits of yoga practice, a 5,000-year-old tradition of healing, mindfulness, and inner balance. SIT India: Public Health, Gender, and Community Action and SIT India: Traditional Medicine and Healthcare Practices faculty members Dr. Azim Khan and Dr. Ashutosh Sharma Guleri will share their expertise of yoga as a health and well-being practice and then guide participants through a 30-minute yoga session. Come with your mind, body, and spirit ready to move.
