  by university graduate and undergraduate students. In lieu of the traditi

 rough the dedicated Nebraska Research Days MediaHub channel. The video pre
 sentations will allow participants to communicate their results to a world

SUMMARY:New Venture Competition
STATUS:CONFIRMED
DESCRIPTION:The 2021 New Venture Competition is a celebration of entreprene
 urial learning and competition. Hosted by the University of Nebraska–Lin
 coln Center for Entrepreneurship\, this competition is open to undergradua
 te and graduate students\, including those enrolled in the online MBA prog
 ram. Team composition may vary so long as the lead presenter is currently 
 enrolled at Nebraska or has graduated in the semester prior to the competi
 tion. To be eligible for the grand prize\, the winning team must feature a
  student with 51% ownership of the venture and also be a registered entity
  with the State of Nebraska.\n\nThis two-day business plan competition is 
 organized in a tournament format. Day one features two rounds of presentat
 ions and day two culminates with a final round of four presentations. Part
 icipants will pitch their business plans to judges from the Nebraska Busin
 ess community and field questions from these judges after their presentati
 ons. All presentations will take place via Zoom.\n\nA series of preparator
 y workshops will be offered by the Center for Entrepreneurship and all ent
 rants are encouraged to attend. Please refer to the details located on the
