DESCRIPTION:The University of Nebraska–Lincoln community identified seven
  grand challenge thematic areas in which to focus its expertise and resour
 ces. Faculty are asked to imagine how their areas of research\, scholarshi
 p and creative activity intersect with these seven challenges and what spe
 cific opportunities within these areas they could work across disciplines 
 to help solve. A series of community-building events is scheduled for the 
 fall to facilitate this process.\n\nClimate resilience is the focus theme 
 for this community building event. A box lunch will be provided. \n\nRegis
