Learn more about the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s initiative to focus its expertise and resources toward finding solutions to some of the world’s Grand Challenges. Jennifer Lyon Gardner will share her experience leading a similar grand challenge program as deputy vice president for research at the University of Texas at Austin.

Before joining UT’s Office of the Vice President for Research, Gardner founded the College of Natural Sciences’ Strategic Research Initiatives team and served as its director. She also serves on the board of directors for the National Organization of Research Development Professionals (NORDP).
