The School of Global Integrative Studies is the home of Anthropology, Geography and Global Studies. Your contribution to this newly created fund will help students in our programs with local and global immersive experiential learning that prepares them to make a difference in the world. We are counting on your support to continue providing unique growth opportunities in areas of health, migration, human rights, archaeology, museum studies, GIS, the environment, and forensics in a global forum.

Whether in the field, at our home base at Reller Prairie, or investigating critical issues in key areas, our students engage in research of relevance to help alleviate disparities, address people-environment interactions, and identify the missing through forensics, which provides comfort and closure to grieving families. SGIS Huskers strive to make meaningful change locally and globally through volunteer and service work that benefits all communities.

No donation is too small. It is in the strength of our team that we grow. It is in your cumulative donations that we can change a student’s life. Let’s build this fund together, as a team, and help our students succeed!

Glow Big Red — 24 Hours of Husker Giving starts at noon on Wednesday, February 16, and lasts until noon on Thursday, February 17.
