Celebrate Homecoming by attending this Bro-ga class. This class will be specifically catered to men, and all experience levels are welcome. Yoga is a spiritual practice that connects the mind, body, and breath through physical postures (asanas). Asanas are complimented with the use of yoga straps, blocks, bolsters, and blankets, making the class accessible for all ability levels. Student groups can earn 10 points per participant with a maximum of 50 points per group for the Homecoming competition. RSVP Required.
