An opportunity for first-year students to engage in a morning of service and to explore the potential ways they can use their skills to make a positive impact in our community. Urban Plunge supports and cultivates a spirit of engagement and service on campus and in the community.

Up to 200 Huskers can volunteer at a choice of 8 nonprofits, helping with yard work, serving meals to participants, sorting donations and other opportunities.

TRANSPORTATION
Volunteers are asked to sign up in advance and meet at Broyhill Fountain at 8:45 a.m., located on the north side of Nebraska Union.
Transportation will be provided for all volunteers. Buses will leave at 9 a.m. for the service sites. Students will return to campus at 11:15 a.m.
