What is a Bioblitz?
A Bioblitz is an event that brings together natural resource experts , community volunteers, and members of the public to inventory all species (plants, mammals, birds, insects, fungi, etc.) in a specific area, over a specific time period.
FRIDAY BIOBLITZ SESSIONS (July 20)
WILDLIFE CALLS - 7pm
SUNSET HIKE - 8pm
BATS - 9pm
SATURDAY BIOBLITZ SESSIONS (July 21)
BIRDS - 7am
MAMMALS - 8am
WILDFLOWERS - 9am
INSECTS - 10AM
TREES - 11am
REPTILES - 12pm
Join us for a free pizza dinner as we kick off the event with an introduction to Bioblitzes! Children activities and door prizes will be available! Dinner welcome to all Bioblitz participants, *
