Do you want to expand your culinary repertoire and learn about different cultures? Join the CANSR Global Learning Hub and the Wellness Kitchen on November 16 to learn more about Indian cuisine, agriculture, and how to prepare 3 authentic recipes! Class will be led by local chef, Amrita Mahapatra. Free samples of Tandoori chicken, sautéed vegetables, and naan will be provided. Additionally, Heena Puri, a doctoral student from the Department of Entomology, will share about how her research bridges the distance between the wonderful Indian food many of us enjoy with the agricultural practices that support it. Registration is not required but is strongly encouraged to secure one’s spot for this event at the East Campus Wellness Kitchen.
