Join the Institute for Public Health Practice at the University of Iowa College of Public Health, in partnership with the Midwestern Public Health Training Center, for the next webinar of our Building Health Equity Webinar Series, Investing in Rural Health Equity and Prosperity, on Wednesday, August 10, from 1 to 2 p.m. Central Time.

We will be discussing the unique challenges and strengths rural communities hold that affect health equity and economic prosperity, as well as promising practices, tools, and resources that can be implemented to promote health in these areas. The webinar will close with an open conversation with our participants.

Over the course of this series, we’ll be inviting speakers to dive deeper into health equity practice, to serve as a learning enrichment opportunity for health department staff and all interested in building health equity.
