 s. Week 2 focuses on deepening your practice and building resilience with 
 strategies for maintaining motivation and managing stress through mindful 
 breathing and relaxation exercises. Finally\, Week 3 integrates mindfulnes

 nd productivity\, and cultivating self-compassion to reduce self-criticism
