Sit back, relax and prepare to be amazed! The University Program Council is proud to present magician Alan Sands on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 4 to 6 p.m. as part of Husker Family Weekend.

Get ready for a night of mind-bending fun and laughter with Sands, the nationally touring comedy hypnotist and magician. Sands combines his expertise in audience participation, situation comedy and improv to deliver a high-energy, cutting-edge show that guarantees clean comedy and magic.

Sands is a third-generation magician — the son of renown magician and author George Sands (famous among magicians worldwide for Sandsational Rope). But what sets him apart from other prop comedians is his ability to entertain all age groups, separately or combined. He can make adults laugh until they cry, yet his fast-paced animated antics can keep the attention of children riveted.

This event is free and open to UNL students, faculty and staff with event pass and their families.
