The 2 day workshop of intensive coverage of the art of fining tinnins and inactivated yeast. Elli Butz, Lallemand, Vintage Winery Consultants - Instruction on Wine Fining Agents and Techniques and Michael Jones, Scott Laboratories, California - Tannins and Inactivated Yeast with the fining laboratory demonstration which will focus on visiual evaluation of heat, cold stability trails senory evaluation of cooper sulfate treated hydrogen sulfide problems, prepartion of several wine fining agents, and setting up for fining trial.
