UNL Kimmel Education and Research Center
5985 G Road, Nebraska City, NE
One of Omaha’s up-and-coming entrepreneurs, Paula Gray is the featured speaker at I2E Club.
Paula Gray, owner & operator of PJ’s Cobblers & Pies, turned her entrepreneurial dream into reality. Paula began making baked goods for the masses during Hurricane Katrina as a fundraiser. Her delicious homemade baked goods, which use many local ingredients, were soon in high demand. Paula realized she could earn a living doing what she loved and learned how to own and operate a business. Ms. Gray will share her entrepreneurial expertise on June 8, 2010 as the featured speakers at the next meeting of the Inventors, Investors and Entrepreneurs (I2E) Club at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) Kimmel Education and Research Center in Nebraska City, NE.
The evening will begin at 5:30 with a social being sponsored by the UNL Kimmel Education and Research Center. Following the social, Ms. Gray will take the podium for an inspiring presentation on entrepreneurial journey.
