Target Audiences:
All 4th and 5th graders are invited to 4-H Teen Council’s annual overnight Lock-In. Youth do not need to be enrolled in 4-H. This year’s theme will be “Under the Sea.” Cost is $20 per person. Registrations are due by Jan. 14.
