In this session panelists will discuss the recently released CSMAC report on possible approaches to reforming US spectrum management processes, the World Radio Conference (WRC)-19 results and upcoming issues of interest to satellite in the WRC-23 agenda, satellite-related issues before the FCC such as adjacent band sharing, as well as the more general issue of satellite spectrum needs in light of 5G spectrum demand.
