  researching but also a time to enjoy snacks\, a drink\, and relax. The pr
 ofessor has 15 minutes to present their topic\, after which students and f
 aculty are encouraged to discuss the topic.\n\nProf. Rick Duncan will pres
 ent “303 Creative v. Elenis and Compelled Wedding Vendor Speech\,” whi
 ch will cover (Masterpiece Cakeshop 2.0 with the free speech issue clearly
  before the Court). Prof. Duncan currently serves on a Scholars’ amicus 
 brief in 303 Creative\, and has written extensively on the compelled speec
 h issue.
