This seminar will provide practical training to sharpen courtroom skills. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the cross-examination of a criminal defendant, argue a summary judgment motion in a breach of contract case, and practice an opening statement in a landlord/tenant case. Participants will be given live and written feedback by sitting Nebraska Judges to improve their courtroom skills. This session is interactive, so please plan to read the materials ahead of time and be ready to present to our judges on the day of the seminar.
